Ready to Ditch the Sleep Stress?

Your holistic, intuitive approach to child sleep

If you’re looking for nonjudgmental and holistic care to support your family, you’re in the right place.

Searching for answers to your child’s sleep concerns can be…exhausting.

With all of the conflicting information out there, it’s hard for a parent to know what to believe. The truth is, most of the advice on child sleep is outdated, or doesn’t align with what you believe.

I’m here to take the guesswork out of it for you, ensuring you feel empowered and confident on your parenting journey.

Helping you find the rest you deserve

Holistic Approach

There are many factors that impact your child’s sleep. I believe that, in order to best support your child, we need to approach sleep from a holistic standpoint. This includes focusing on filling your own cup, too.

Attachment-Focused

I believe that, to promote the best sleep, your child actually needs more attachment, not less. While many approaches focus on just separating you from your child at sleep times, we will work to ensure your child’s attachment needs are met first.

Parent-Led, Child-Centered

Working on changing sleep habits and routines has to work for both the parent and the child. Not only will we work to create a plan that is appropriate for your child, but one that you feel good about, too.

It’s me, hi…

I’m Katie, and I love my books spicy and my coffee icy

When I had my first baby, it was at the height of the pandemic. A lot of what I thought motherhood would look like fell drastically short.

I found myself alone while navigating postpartum life, dreading the nights and trying to survive the days.

After struggling with my daughter’s sleep, I became a sleep specialist because I truly believed her sleep was why I struggled so much during my postpartum period.

After working with over 500 families, I realized that a child’s sleep was the tip of the iceberg, and families needed more than just a sleep training method.

They needed a holistic approach.

Whether you’re pregnant or deep in the trenches of motherhood, my heart is to come alongside you to empower you and help you find the rest you deserve.
