Early Morning Wakes

Early wakings leaving you exhausted?

Look, I get it. As parents, we want to get every minute of sleep we possibly can.

And if your sweet babe is up at 5 a.m. ready to party, it can drive any sane person mad.

In this workshop, we’re going to cover the why and the how. You’ll leave understanding why your child is waking up early and how to actually help push those mornings later.

This workshop is for you if:

✨Snooze button who? Your child is your alarm, waking you well before you’re ready.

✨Your child is clocking less than 10 hours of sleep each night.

✨6 a.m.? We don’t know her. Your child wakes up between 4-5 a.m., ready to roll!

If this sounds like you, then you’ll benefit from this workshop!

Get ready to dance in your kitchen at breakfast time, not at 4 AM.

Frequently asked questions

  • Nope.

But first, just so we’re on the same page: Sleep training (my definition) is any unresponsive method where you’re attempting to modify your child’s behavior or forcing them into a schedule/routine that isn’t developmentally appropriate.

Early morning wakings really boil down to a few factors, none of which require sleep training. In this workshop, I’ll educate you about the reasons we typically see early risings, and you will be empowered to make a plan that works for your family.

  • In all my guides and courses, you won't find any recommendations for Cry It Out (CIO) methods. Rest assured, I'll never advise you to leave your child to grapple with their overwhelming emotions on their own. However, it's important to understand that when introducing new boundaries, some tears may naturally flow as your child adapts. I can't make a "no tears" guarantee, but what I can promise is that you'll gain the skills and confidence to be your child's steadfast anchor during these moments. You'll be well-equipped to support their tears while maintaining your own emotional balance, a vital aspect of the early parenting journey.

  • This workshop will equip you with the tools you need to identify why your child is waking early each morning, and it will provide options for you to take. My philosophy is that you as a parent know your child best, and when you pair education with your intuition, you can tackle anything.
