Let me get to know your family! We’ll start with a questionnaire to provide insight into what’s going on.

Personalized Sleep Plan
You will receive a personalized sleep plan for your child. This multi-page document will include an age appropriate schedule, as well as techniques we will use to help your child get the sleep he/she needs.

Training Consultation Call

Let’s jump on a zoom call for one hour to go over your child’s sleep plan. Ask any and all questions, and leave the call feeling 100% confident to dive in.

Two Weeks of Email Support

For two weeks, you will have me by your side with unlimited email support.

Two 30-minute Phone Calls

Within the year, you’ll have two phone calls where we can discuss sleep regressions, transitions that your family is going through, or anything else!

*Your sleep consultant will be by your side (virtually) throughout this support period. There is no refund available and no outlined guarantee end result, as the results depend entirely on the effort you put in to implement the plan your sleep consultant makes for you.*
