This email-only package is perfect for you if you’ve ever wanted to have someone take a look at your baby’s schedule and give you some ideas on things you could tweak as you work on making changes to your child’s sleep habits.

We’ll start with an intake form so that I can get a clear picture of what’s going on and what you’d like to make changes to. We’ll also provide you a sleep log so that you could provide 3-days worth of data for us to analyze.

After, you’ll receive one email with thoughts and recommendations, along with other resources like articles, videos, outside referrals, etc.
