Intake Call

One 15-minute phone call before we begin so that I can hear more about your specific situation.

Intake Questionnaire
Let me get to know your family! We’ll start with a questionnaire to provide insight into what’s going on. Prefer a phone call? Let’s do it!

Personalized Sleep Plan
You will receive a personalized sleep plan for your child. This multi-page document will include an age-appropriate schedule, as well as techniques we will use to help your child get the sleep he/she needs.

30-minute Phone Call
You will receive a 30-minute phone call where we can answer any of your questions about the sleep plan.

Two Follow-Up Emails

Have a question that comes up after implementing the plan? You have 2 emails to use within 21 days.
