You will receive a personalized plan for your child that will give you a step-by-step guide for how to get you to your goals. We’ll go over your plan so that you are confident and can implement it with ease!
With consistency, you will be able to put your child in their bed, kiss them goodnight, and walk out of the room to enjoy a date night or finish your to-do list. And me? I’ll be cheering you on and offering you the support you need. We make a great team!

Many parents are concerned about “cry it out” methods, which involves putting your child in their crib and leaving the room, not returning until they fall asleep.
I personally don’t utilize extinction methods with my families.
However, there are many techniques in sleep training, so we can find something you are comfortable with.
Will there be tears? Probably. Crying is your child’s way to communicate that they aren’t happy with change. But you will always be allowed (and encouraged) to comfort your child how you feel you need.
Sleep training can occur when you feel ready. The Rockabye Mama Sleep Program is designed for babies 6-12 months of age. Email Katie@rockabyemama.com if your child is outside those ranges but you still need help!
