Right now, we’re unlocking the best gift you could ever give yourself: SLEEP FOR A YEAR!
Child sleep is complex, but helping your child sleep shouldn’t be. Meet your ticket to getting your child (4 months – 4 years old) to fall asleep independently and quickly.
In this sleep plan, I will walk you through how to achieve the sleep of your dreams. We’ll start with a phone call so that I can hear more about your situation, and then I will personalize a plan for your child based on your parenting philosophies and your child’s temperament. We’ll jump on a video call so that we can go over the plan together and you can ask me any questions you have!
In other words? This plan will be your best friend.
The biggest key to change? Consistency.
But when it’s 1 a.m. and you’re tired, it can be hard to stay consistent.
I will support you as you implement the change that is needed to help your child learn new habits. Because let’s be real — they won’t like when you lay them in their crib on night one.
But I’ve been there and supported families through this journey, so I’ll be there for you, too!
Everything you need to keep sleep a reality in your household after we get your little one sleeping.
With four phone calls to use throughout 2022, you’ll have all your bases covered for regressions, time changes (DST), travel, and life events!
Your child will be snoozing and you’ll be wondering if it’s just a dream.
Does the thought of bedtime make you anxious, knowing your child will fight sleep and you’ll spend hours just trying to put them down? It might be time to partner with a sleep coach.
Putting your child down in their crib and walking out of the room to do other tasks is possible. Can someone say “Hello, Netflix marathon”?
Gone are the days where moms HAVE to devote hours and hours each night to getting their child to sleep (unless that’s your jam, which I’m totally cool with!). We’ve got other kids to raise, a house to clean, a job to attend, a business to build, and our sanities to keep. And let’s be honest: when our child can sleep well, that means we can sleep well, too.
And when we sleep well, that means we can show up better to every other area (including motherhood) of our lives.
It’s not selfish to want more sleep for yourself.
It’s no secret that sleep is vital to our mental and physical well-being. You don’t need to sacrifice your mental health just because you became a mom. Sleep is possible if you’re willing to put in the work to change your child’s habits.
Look…there’s a million books on the market claiming to solve your child’s sleepless habits.
They promise you the world…
…but then they leave you in the same position you were before.
The truth is, your child isn’t a robot. One book won’t solve all of your child’s sleep challenges. And come on…who has the time to read all of the books to determine the right path for your child?
So instead, I create a personalized plan for your child based on their temperament and your parenting philosophies.
A plan that will work, without spending days flipping the pages of a book.
I know it’s not just your child’s sleeplessness that’s challenging for you, but you’re wondering…
I’ve got you covered.
“Thank you is just not strong enough for what you have done for us. You have given us our nights back! Let me tell you, I am a whole new person with getting more sleep!”
and I'm passionate about sleep
Fueled by equal parts coffee and passion, I love teaching parents tips and skills to get their children sleeping better.
My background is in education, so teaching is something that is near to my heart. Since becoming a mom, it’s become my mission to help other exhausted moms beat the overwhelm and enjoy more of life.
And that starts with sleep.
First, you’ll complete your purchase (and take a sigh of relief! Sleep is coming!)
Then, I’ll email you with a link to schedule our first 15-minute call (hold tight…it may take a few hours).
From there, I’ll walk you through every step of the way!
We will get started on formulating a plan for your child as soon as you schedule a call. From there, it takes about 2-3 days to finalize your child’s personalized plan.
Once you begin implementing the plan consistently, you can see changes in as little as 3 days. However, all children are different, all situations are different, so it could take 2-4 weeks for your child to adjust.
Any time you make a change to your child’s habits or routines, crying is anticipated. There are many methods to sleep train a child, so we will find the best method for your child and you.
Regardless of the method chosen, you will always be able to be responsive to your child.
I want nothing more than for you to succeed, but your success is a result of your effort. I will do everything in my power to help you, but ultimately, whether your child picks up on the new changes comes down to your consistency.
I will never leave you unsatisfied, but because this is a team effort, I don’t offer refunds.
Sleep training can begin when you are ready! I serve parents of children age 4 months – 4 years.
