Child sleep is complex, but helping your child sleep shouldn’t be. Meet your ticket to getting your child (4 months – 4 years old) to fall asleep independently and quickly.

In this sleep plan, I will walk you through how to achieve the sleep of your dreams. We’ll start with a phone call so that I can hear more about your situation, and then I will personalize a plan for your child based on your parenting philosophies and your child’s temperament. We’ll jump on a video call so that we can go over the plan together and you can ask me any questions you have!

In other words? This plan will be your best friend.

Frequently Asked Questions

We will get started on formulating a plan for your child as soon as you schedule a call. From there, it takes about 2-3 days to finalize your child’s personalized plan.

Once you begin implementing the plan consistently, you can see changes in as little as 3 days. However, all children are different, all situations are different, so it could take 2-4 weeks for your child to adjust.

Any time you make a change to your child’s habits or routines, crying is anticipated.  There are many methods to sleep train a child, so we will find the best method for your child and you.

Regardless of the method chosen, you will always be able to be responsive to your child.

I want nothing more than for you to succeed, but your success is a result of your effort. I will do everything in my power to help you, but ultimately, whether your child picks up on the new changes comes down to your consistency.

I will never leave you unsatisfied, but because this is a team effort, I don’t offer refunds.
