You love being a mom but resent not sleeping.
Psst…that doesn’t make you a bad mom.
It makes you human.
You’ve read all the books.
Followed all the sleep accounts.
You’ve tried it all.
But your child just won’t sleep.
What if I told you your child could in fact sleep?
What if I told you it’s all in your control?
It’s time to change our thoughts about sleep.
Your child can sleep. And there are no secrets to it.
It’s no secret that sleep is vital to our mental and physical well-being. You don’t need to sacrifice your mental health just because you became a mom. Sleep is possible if you’re willing to put in the work to change your child’s habits.
Look…there’s hundreds of books on the market claiming to solve your child’s sleepless habits.
They promise you the world…
…and just the same, there are hundreds of courses that will guide you through child sleep.
But I’m going to be honest: there is no secret about your child’s sleep. If you were to read those books or take all the courses, you’d see the same information presented in different ways.
The key to true success relies on you sticking with a plan.
But when you’re tired and overwhelmed, how are you supposed to do that?
The solution: Rockabye Mama Group Coaching!
In this 2-week program, you will have a clear plan to help your child sleep better.
Child sleep is complex, but helping your child sleep shouldn’t be. Meet your ticket to getting your child (6 months – 4 years old) to fall asleep independently and quickly.
During this program, you will:
I know that your child’s sleep may feel overwhelming and exhausting. But there are no secrets to solving their sleep habits. I know this because I’ve read dozens of books, studied pediatric sleep for over 150 hours, and worked with families with unique situations to know that your child’s sleep issues can be solved.
But it’s not a magic fix. It will take hard work from you.
Are you ready for that?
Here’s how we’ll get from where you are to where you want to go:
A solid sleep plan: We’ll start with a live training that will be your guide to getting your child better sleep. We will teach you how to personalize a sleep plan for your child, and you’ll walk away with an age-appropriate schedule, knowledge on sleep factors, and a sleep training method you feel confident using!
A digital sleep log: You will have access to a sleep log to record your child’s sleep. When you share it in the group, I can give you feedback. Additionally, having this sleep log document will help you identify trends and patterns in your child’s sleep. That kind of information can be life-changing.
Weekly Q and A’s: As you put in the hard work to help your child become a better sleeper, there may be questions that arise. Each week, I’ll host a live Q and A to answer your questions. Since this will be a small, intimate group, I can spend plenty of time addressing your questions and ensuring you have everything you need to see success!
Does this program help my child fall sleep?
Yes! Helping your child fall asleep quickly and independently is one of our first steps, as I know sleep can impact your mental health.
Will there be cry-it-out methods involved?
I will share 2 different sleep training methods that you can decide between: one where you stay in the room, and one where you leave and come back to reassure your child. I will teach you both methods and you will decide which one feels right for you. We won’t leave your child alone for hours, but there is no way to promise that your child won’t cry, as crying is a normal, natural response to change. You will, however, be empowered to respond to them how you feel is best.
What if I have questions about my child’s specific sleep situation?
We will be hosting Q and As each week, so you’ll have the opportunity to join and ask whatever questions you have.
Can I get a refund after I join?
We want more than anything for you to see success! But ultimately, it’s up to you to stick to it and put in the work to make these changes. Once the training video is released, there will be no refunds issued.
and I'm passionate about sleep
Fueled by equal parts coffee and passion, I love teaching parents tips and skills to get their children sleeping better.
My background is in education, so teaching is something that is near to my heart. Since becoming a mom, it’s become my mission to help other exhausted moms beat the overwhelm and enjoy more of life.
And that starts with sleep.
